Whether an individual or a company, they all want to grow their business with effective strategies to beat their competitors. This all can be done with the International Institute of Business Analysis certification, which improves knowledge, work performance, and more market opportunities. IIBA® CBAP®, IIBA® ECBA™, and IIBA® CCBA® are the certifications to help an independent assessment of one's capabilities, which can be a significant benefit.
This first level, Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA®), is for individuals who may be fairly new to the business transformation profession. It is meant to recognize professionals who have a broad-based foundation level skills and understanding, where individuals may have some work experience in the field, but do not have the full four years of hands-on experience required for the second level of certification – the Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®). In this regard, the CBPA® is the foundational BPM Certification.
This certification can be earned by having either 1,250 hours of documented hands-on experience in a BPM-related area OR a 4-year qualifying university degree and passing a comprehensive test.
You may substitute qualified education or professional BPM training for up to 625 hours of credit towards the work experience requirement if you do not have a qualifying university degree.
NOTE: ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH!
ABPMP International would like to announce that our new CBPA and CBPP English Exams based on the BPM CBOK 4.0 are now available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, and Russian. We are pleased with the substantive amount of work and effort from our Certification Committee to prepare, write, and review the updated versions of the certification exams.
Before submitting, be certain that your application is complete. Be certain to describe each project and initiative in such a way that people who will be reviewing your application will be able to immediately understand the outcomes as well as what you did to improve or transform each situation. Your description should relate your experience to each of the BPM roles in which you served as well as to the knowledge areas of the BPM CBOK®.
Additional pages may be added if needed, but documents such as resumes or CVs will not be considered.
NOTE: Your application will not be processed until payment is received.
