Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

At HDTC, we understand that circumstances may change, so we offer cancellation options as follows:

  1. Participants may cancel their registration 7 days prior to the start of the training program and receive a full refund.
  2. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the start of the program, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted.
  3. Cancellations after the start of the program are not accepted, but participation may be postponed to a later course, subject to availability.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
  2. If the program is canceled by HDTC for any reason, the full amount will be refunded to the participant.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the same payment method used.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the training service, HDTC We do not offer a "return policy" like other online stores. However:

  1. In the case of a technical glitch or excessive delay in providing the educational material, the participant has the right to request a postponement or partial refund.
  2. We guarantee trainee satisfaction by offering suitable training alternatives when needed.
