Cancellation Policy
At HDTC, we understand that circumstances may change, so we offer cancellation options as follows:
- Participants may cancel their registration 7 days prior to the start of the training program and receive a full refund.
- If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the start of the program, a 25% administrative fee will be deducted.
- Cancellations after the start of the program are not accepted, but participation may be postponed to a later course, subject to availability.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
- If the program is canceled by HDTC for any reason, the full amount will be refunded to the participant.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the same payment method used.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the training service, HDTC We do not offer a "return policy" like other online stores. However:
- In the case of a technical glitch or excessive delay in providing the educational material, the participant has the right to request a postponement or partial refund.
- We guarantee trainee satisfaction by offering suitable training alternatives when needed.
